CAPACITY AND OPERATIONAL INTEGRATION
FireFront Foundation supports wildfire resilience through multiple, complementary pathways designed to reflect different contexts, time horizons, and partner needs. These pathways support both near-term priorities and longer-term capacity development within a consistent partner-first approach.
FFDI-ENABLED PROGRAMS
Forest & Fire Defense Initiative programs are implemented within the Fire and Forest Defense Initiative Framework. These programs support coordinated, multi-partner efforts that benefit from phased development, operational validation, and structured transition to sustained local ownership.
FireFront Foundation serves as a support partner by providing coordination, funding oversight, and operational support while execution authority remains with local and regional partners.
DIRECT PROGRAM SUPPORT PROJECTS
Direct capacity and program support projects address specific, partner-identified priorities where a focused or time-bound effort is appropriate.
These projects may support workforce development, equipment integration, system refinement, or applied testing. FireFront Foundation facilitates funding and coordination while tailoring governance to the scope and context of partner organizations.
EMERGENCY SUPPORT OPERATIONS
In periods of elevated wildfire risk or operational disruption, FireFront Foundation can support partners through flexible, time-sensitive assistance aligned with existing emergency management structures.
This support is designed to complement ongoing efforts while maintaining continuity with longer-term resilience goals.
